Commissioners report on regional jail talks and local projects

Commissioner Scott Deacon and Commissioner Tyler Ratzlaff used the reports portion of the agenda to summarize recent meetings. Deacon said he attended a San Luis Valley counties meeting to discuss the possibility of collaborating on a regional jail, attended zoning and airport advisory meetings and noted the airport's Jet A fuel system has been repaired. Ratzlaff said he participated in a site inspection for a liquor license and attended a BLM tour on fire mitigation near Rock Creek.
