At its June 4, 2025 special session the Rio Grande County Board of Commissioners took the following formal actions: it approved an agenda amendment to return to special session between two public hearings; it approved a two‑lot minor subdivision for Amanda and Donald Weed (approximately 11.5 acres per parcel) recorded as Resolution 2025‑19; and it adopted a zoning amendment changing airport parcels to Heavy Industrial and adjoining county parcels to Light Industrial with an aviation‑only restriction for airport parcels, recorded as Resolution 2025‑20.
