Connor, the utilities staff member, presented the 2026 sanitary survey results and described several minor deficiencies that have already been addressed or scheduled for repair. He reported old equipment at Well House 5, an air-release valve on Well 6 that lacked a screen (24-mesh screens were ordered and fitted), rust on a raw inlet pipe that was painted, and localized tower problems that were patched with a filter and fill material.
