Dylan Thompson, co‑chair of the Friendly Area Neighbors Neighborhood Association, told the council the neighborhood board “unanimously adopted a resolution urging a moratorium on data centers on September 8” and asked the council to write the city manager’s NDA ban into city code so it survives changes in administration.
