Developer and city agree to revised phasing for Project Cardinal PUD amendment
Community Development staff said a settlement requires a major PUD amendment to change Project Cardinal’s phasing from counter‑clockwise to clockwise and to set thresholds of completion before subsequent phases; the amendment will go to PZC July 8 and City Council July 14, and the developer indicated agreement.
