Perkins County commissioners approved an Initial Customer Service Order and a Cybersecurity Services Addendum dated Sept. 7, 2026, between Hamilton Information Systems, Inc. and Perkins County, relating to the county’s 2023 Cybersecurity Grant. Commissioner Mark Bottom moved for approval and Commissioner Steven Tucker seconded; the board voted unanimously to authorize the chairman to sign.
