County extends DHS security contract through year-end, adds roughly $17,000
Pueblo County approved an amendment to a security-services contract with TNT Security for Department of Human Services locations, extending coverage through December and increasing the annual cost to $77,035.78 to cover a full-time and a part-time guard.

Department of Human Services staff requested and the board approved an amendment to the TNT Security contract to extend security services through Dec. 31 while the county evaluates longer-term security options. Staff said the contract covers security at the CSS and FSS buildings, with one full-time guard five days a week and a part-time evening guard for child-welfare visitations.
