Ely council votes: Contracts, testing, building changes and transfers
At its Sept. 2 meeting Ely council approved two consent agendas, awarded a $266,450 well‑drilling contract, approved a public works building scope reduction (cap $165,000), authorized $21,500 for soil testing at 295 Joppa Road, set an Oct. 20 annexation hearing, and approved a parks & rec bank transfer correction.
