The Weld Select Board on June 23 tabled a decision on whether Otter AI–generated transcripts may be used as official minutes and asked Chair Lisa Miller to seek legal guidance. Dina Walker moved to accept three sets of prior minutes with minor corrections, but procedural questions about the official minutes format led the board to defer a final vote until after guidance is obtained.
