Kent County Levy Court approved an amendment with Century Engineering to complete design revisions and finalize construction plans for phase 2 of a Route 13 force‑main relocation tied to DelDOT’s Route 13 widening project. Staff said phase 2 design revisions were necessary based on field findings from phase 1 and that the proposed amendment would be funded through the main system capital improvement fees and a DNREC loan.
