The Kent County Regional Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend conditional approval of application CS‑26‑04, a conditional use site plan for ProCut Tree Services. The motion, brought forward by Mr. Golfer, adopted the 09/03/2026 staff recommendation and public hearing testimony.
