Board members discussed locating and mapping the Long Branch tile so the county can prepare accurate legal descriptions and easement updates. Staff reported finding the Ballinger (Ballenger) regulated drain in the same area and noted that inaccurate legal descriptions could conflict with a solar developer's planned layout; one member recalled a solar company had said it would "put 50,000 in it once they start the project."
