The Mills County Board of Supervisors opened its meeting at 8:15 a.m. and approved the consent agenda, which the chair said consisted of the minutes from the Sept. 22, 2026 meeting. "The motion made and seconded to approve the consent agenda," the chair said; board members voiced "Aye" and the chair declared the motion carried.
