Board issues negative declaration and contingent final approval language for Glasgow Library project pending engineer letter and DOT comments
The Planning Board declared a SEQR negative declaration for the Glasgow Library project and moved to grant contingent final approval subject to receipt of drainage engineer comments, board health septic approval and DOT sidewalk/curb‑cut comments.

Representatives from Balhouse Architecture presented revised drawings and spot elevations to address previously raised issues for the Glasgow Library project, including drainage, sidewalk illumination and dumpster screening. The project team said spot elevations and infiltration measures were added and that engineering confirmed no adverse drainage effects in the areas of concern.
