Council and staff reported that previously discussed partnership options for building inspection services — including using LaCenter inspectors — did not work out. Clerk Stephanie Fields said the LaCenter option appears off the table and she will reach out to Kalama and Woodland to ask who they are using; if that yields no viable leads she said she would advertise on sites such as Indeed or LinkedIn or issue an RFP.
