The board adopted a committee structure to organize its work across five areas. The committees and memberships recorded in the minutes are: Community Engagement (Hanes, Jeffrey, Swartzwelder), Finance (Ansell, Stribling, Schaffer), Budget (Hanes, Schaffer, Ansell), Personnel (Swartzwelder, Henkel, Jeffrey) and Elected Officials (Schaffer, Hanes, Jeffrey).
