On second reading the Patagonia Town Council adopted ordinance changes to Town Code Chapter 12 to repeal certain fees and replace them with references to a fee schedule and to update references replacing town clerk/treasurer responsibilities with the town manager. Council also adopted a revision to Town Code Chapter 7 to simplify construction valuation and reduce overall fees.
