John Beck proposed a 30-foot by 34-foot wooden barn (1,020 square feet) for 1047 Center Hill Road (Map 12 Lot 27). The board recorded that the property is 17.5 acres. The applicant stated the existing septic system "is located between the existing 36' x 28' building and Center Hill Road." Planning Board members voted to accept the application (motion by Carol Conant, seconded by Ernestine Hutchinson; vote: all in favor).
