Council voted to authorize the Borough Manager to advertise and distribute a Request for Qualifications for the Vitte’s Development Project; the RFQ will be sent to a developer list while remaining open to other respondents.

Council President Nancy Kovach presided as the Castle Shannon Borough Council on Sept. 14 authorized the Borough Manager to advertise and distribute a Request for Qualifications for the Vitte’s Development Project. Borough Manager Michael Foote told council staff will send the RFQ directly to a prepared developer list while also accepting responses from developers who respond to the public advertisement. The motion, made by Councilmember J. Emph and seconded by D. Swisher, carried unanimously.
