The Selectboard voted unanimously Sept. 14 to approve an RFP to add a secondary heating source to the Fire Department building and directed staff to send the RFP to Maritime.

The Cushing Selectboard approved an RFP for a secondary heating source at the Fire Department building. The motion to approve the RFP was made by Select Board member Tracey Bally and seconded by Mike James; the minutes record the vote as "MOTION CARRIED 5-0-0." Town staff member Katherine (Kathi) Winchenbach was assigned to send the RFP to Maritime.
