Highway Superintendent Mark Christiansen presented four bids for Rd 771 asphalt improvements at the Sept. 30 meeting. Bids were: Werner Construction $1,142,047.34; Vontz Paving, Inc. $1,187,548.40; Dustrol, Inc. $1,298,114.91; and Paulsen, Inc. $1,454,924.27.
