Alberto Maras, Director of Development, presented three bond actions for subdivisions in Ellis County and the court approved them unanimously. For Ellis Ranch Manor the court moved to release existing performance bonds totaling $3,390,000 for earthwork, drainage and pavement and accept equivalent two‑year maintenance bonds.
