The Johnson County Commissioners Court on Sept. 28 presented a proclamation honoring Callie Welty as Miss Rodeo Texas 2026. The court’s proclamation noted Welty is a lifelong Johnson County resident, a Grandview High School graduate, a Texas A&M graduate and an entrepreneur who runs a media company focused on livestock and western industry communications.
