Committee presenter (S5) reported that the owner of 311 South Main, Tammy Batnich, requested a payout but the committee does not have a fully executed final invoice and the file shows a balance due of about $13,000. The presenter said the only out-of-pocket payment from the owner was a March down payment of roughly $1,022.50 and recommended the matter remain with the committee until full documentation is provided.
