The board voted to authorize the signing of the countywide cost allocation plan as presented by Maximus Inc. and reviewed by the Department of Budget and Financial Management. In the motion text the board named "commissioner Mike Timlin, president of the board" as the signature designee for the certificate of countywide cost allocation plan.
