Staff told the board the Board of Trustees had approved final engineering for the project’s first phase and that a resolution to permit a public–private partnership would be prepared for the BOT's review. "They did approve the, final engineering for the 1st phase," the staff member said, adding that Kevin Patmore was drafting resolution language for the April meeting.
