During the hearing Mr. Swanson told attendees the district would reduce property-tax collections by roughly $10,000,000 this year because it did not request a Prop C waiver. "Another reminder, this year, we will be reducing our property tax collections by 10,000,000," Swanson said, linking that reduction to the Prop C rollback.
