The Select Board reviewed a preliminary application to allow scheduled, limited public access to the water-tower platform for organized visits and education. Staff, speaking for applicant Jason McCann, described the access as "a little tricky" because of design and safety logistics but said the goal is to permit limited, scheduled visits to the platform where views and a historical compass are located.
