The Cheyenne County Board of County Commissioners on Sept. 17 approved a mutual agreement to extend the hearing deadline between Cheyenne County and Rosewood Solar, LLC. Commissioner RJ Jolly moved to approve and sign the agreement; Commissioner Rick Pelton seconded and the motion passed.
