Plan commission approves M And M Auto Subdivision final plat and site plan

The Dyer Plan Commission approved both the final plat and site plan for M And M Auto Subdivision at its Sept. 18 meeting, following earlier action on the primary plat. Staff reported that variances required for the project had already been granted and that the final plat package was complete, allowing the applicant to apply for building permits and begin site work.
