The Irwin City Council on May 12 reviewed bids for resurfacing Eva Street (from Cora Street to the elementary building) and voted to award the street-work contract to Inroads. The motion was made by Council Member Lana Schwieso, seconded by Bill McMahon, and carried unanimously.
