Polk County approves two residential rezoning requests
The Polk County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved rezoning requests for properties in Silver Creek and Cedartown, changing two parcels from agricultural (A-1) to residential (R-1). Both actions followed Planning and Zoning Commission recommendations.
