Chair/Commissioner (speaker 3) proposed an assignment for the board to examine Lane Code chapter 16.244, asking staff to identify potential amendments, the amount of staff time required and how the changes might affect pending land-use matters. Commissioners agreed the board should first hear a staff feasibility report and then decide whether to direct staff to proceed.
