Paving and culvert projects proceed; Clinton Street slowed by ledge, sewer fixes underway

A separate contractor will complete paving on Grove Street tied to a culvert project, and Clinton Street work is progressing though ledge has slowed construction; the project team expects to secure the work area and pave before winter.
