County engineers plan Lincoln 4 removal, switch bridge consultant to Kirkham Michael
Adams County Secondary Roads reported Dixon Construction will remove Lincoln 4 this week; Quality Stripping will paint lines the week of Sept. 28. Staff received three bridge-inspection proposals and plan to contract with Kirkham Michael and Associates.

Secondary Roads staff told the Adams County Board of Supervisors on Sept. 14 that Dixon Construction plans to remove Lincoln 4 during the coming week and that Quality Stripping is scheduled to paint road lines the week of Sept. 28.
