The board approved an amended application and agreement with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for 2026 Local Aid Infrastructure Funding (LAIF) of up to $9,582,000 (Resolution 56752). Commissioners also approved procurement authorizations including a contract with Riggins, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 per year (Resolution 56755), a sweeping contract with Reilly Sweeping through Dec. 31, 2026 (up to $165,000), and an ESRI contract for GIS services up to $28,000 (Oct. 4, 2026–June 30, 2027).
