During the public portion on agenda items the minutes record that "April Miller had some questions regarding Resolution 56780." The department’s agenda entry lists the resolution as: "56780 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY TO USE COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING TO ADVERTISE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE OUTSIDE AGENCY FUNDED SERVICES AS PREPARED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN AND SPECIAL SERVICES."
