The board approved multiple construction-related resolutions tied to the Skyline Elementary replacement project. Director Taylor moved approval of Resolution 24-26, described in the packet as "Approval of final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) amendment three to the General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM) contract for the Skyline New In-Lieu (NIL) Project." Director Kesler seconded and the resolution was unanimously approved by roll call vote.
