Council approved the consent agenda after brief discussion. The clerk read two consent items: (A) an amendment related to the Southeast Trail phase 1 project described in the agenda as "not to exceed $827.50" (text as read in the packet) and (B) a contract amendment with Lamprop Landscape Inc. to perform landscape and streetscape improvements on Balch Springs Road, Pioneer Road and Lake June Road corridors, which staff read as "not to exceed 400,000."
