Programs named under housing included rental subsidies, recovery housing, short‑term rental subsidies, post‑hospitalization housing, landlord outreach and mitigation funds, housing transition navigation and tenancy supports, and ongoing projects such as Project HomeStart, Project Hope Westside and Behavioral Health Bridge Housing.
