The district will post a draft Tennessee Investment in Student Achievement (TISA) report and a public survey Oct. 1, accept comments through Oct. 8, present revisions Oct. 15 and seek Board approval Nov. 5; the district will submit an e-plan noting Nov. 5 final approval due to a statutory Nov. 1 deadline.

Mr. Keel presented the district's TISA Accountability Report timeline to the committee, explaining the transition from the Basic Education Program to TISA for 2023–24 funding and the steps for public input and Board approval. The draft report and a public survey will be posted on the district website Oct. 1, and staff will accept comments through Oct. 8.
