Selectboard approves sole-source painting contract for town buildings
The Selectboard approved Greg Olmstead's municipal painting proposal and formally determined there was only one qualified source after a good-faith review; payment will come from the Town Buildings Reserve (Fund 452). The vote was unanimous.

Only one bid was received for municipal painting (Greg Olmstead of Olmstead Painting). The board voted to accept Olmstead’s proposal in full, determined after a good-faith review that only one qualified source was available and therefore waived the Purchasing Policy requirement for two competitive written quotes, and authorized payment from the Town Buildings Reserve (Fund 452).
