Board members voted to publish a newly drafted financial eligibility policy and a standard application for the IDP/OWI program and to make the materials publicly accessible on the county website and available to courts and providers. Staff said the intent was to reduce barriers for people referred to assessments or treatment and to put a 'controlled copy' of the documents in as many hands as possible.
