Selectmen approve small accessory-structure permits for two properties

The Board approved permits for two accessory structures after staff noted there were no wetland or setback issues and applications met zoning ordinance requirements. One approval covers an existing single-family residence including a 10-foot by 16-foot woodshed on a 14.46-acre lot; the second approves an 8-foot by 10-foot shed for Dominic & Alessandra Ingemi (Whitetail Praise, LLC) at 4 White Tail Ridge on a 2.91-acre lot.
