Applicant Dennis Witte described a proposed inground pool and fence at 4895 Route 9G Tivoli in the RD5, Scenic Corridor Overlay and Historic Landmark Overlay zoning districts. Board members noted only a small portion of the fence would be visible from the road and encouraged the applicant to consider landscaping to screen views.
