Merit Square Realty and affiliates asked the Board for multiple sign variances tied to the Merritt Square Mall redevelopment, including a proposed 7 Brew drive-through building and associated wall and freestanding signage. Presenter Darren Taylor (speaker 7) said the mall redevelopment is cumulative and prior projects (including a Chick-fil-A) had required variances, and that the Merritt Island Redevelopment Authority unanimously approved the site plan and variances.
