The board unanimously approved two companion items (H5 and H6) that will change the future land-use designation from Res 4 to Community Commercial and rezone two parcels from GU to BU2 to accommodate an expansion related to Sunbelt Rentals. Applicant representative (speaker 12) said the parcels will be combined into the Sunbelt Rentals site and used for stormwater and future expansion; staff reported no relevant comprehensive-plan conflicts.
