Pipestone council holds closed session to consider offers on specific parcel under state statute

Mayor Dan Delaney stated the council would go into a closed session under Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, Subdivision 3(c)(3), citing the need "to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real or personal property located in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 12, Township 106 North, Range 46 West Described as Commencing at a point 476.5 feet West of the NW Corner of Block 11 in Nichols Addition to the City of Pipestone, Pipestone County, Minnesota (PID 18.112.0090)."
