The Ault Town Board on Oct. 8 unanimously approved three Temporary Use Permits allowing use of CBT water allocations for new and existing developments. Trustees voted to approve an 8 acre-foot permit for Tract G of the Conestoga subdivision and two permits covering 2 units and 5 units of CBT for RE-9.
