Planning staff told the council a Sept. 1 Planning Commission public hearing will consider the La Pine Community Kitchen's site-plan review and exception request to allow 100% of the building's floor area to be used for the kitchen rather than meeting a prior 40% residential requirement.

City planning staff told the council on Aug. 12 that the La Pine Community Kitchen has applied for site-plan review and an exception to local mixed-use standards and that the item will be considered by the Planning Commission in early September.
